It’s been a journey that has been rewarding serving all of you in our community for the past 5 years. We can’t express enough our gratitude for all of you and the many ways you have supported us over the past few years!

We have been working diligently to identify challenges to continue to improve, and here’s what we have found by listening to you:

1-Visit times are too long

2- Dr. Averett seems rushed

3- Not enough options for care

There have been small bumps in the road as we have grown, and we would like show our gratitude by continuing to evolve to best serve you in your health needs!

Dr. Averett wants to show you how much he cares by taking your feedback and using it to help us continuously improve.

In 2024, we are going to evolve to become the best program-based provider in Utah. What this means, is that you will have the option, as our patient, to follow multiple different pathways to access care with us. As Dr. Averett always says: “One shoe doesn’t fit every foot", and

so we are creating

to help better serve you!

    This program is designed to fit within your busy schedule by taking less than 20 minutes, to allow you to still focus on your health. We have designed this program to help you get pain relief that is lasting while shortening visit times and reducing costs; so you can place your focus where it belongs, on living limitless…

  • Physiotherapeutic Recovery

    This program is designed to serve people with more complex injuries and health issues, by providing the best conservative care that is designed to get to the core problem and fix it quickly. This program includes our wide-range of therapies that will help you to succeed in getting back to health. These visits are more in-depth and utilize our unrivaled 3 step recovery process, to help you get back to living limitless!

  • Regenerative Recovery

    Regenerative Medicine is at the forefront of modern medical technology and is designed to repair and heal damaged tissue from within. Our program is unmatched here in Utah, and designed to help our patients with chronic pain & injury, and health problems by first repairing the tissue through regenerative therapies. These visits are for people that need the most time and effort to achieve their health goals.
